Over 10 days you will complete a daily positive psychology activity (the ‘play’). The Plays are introduced via a short video from rugby union player Liam Wright, who use these Plays in his own life, and are designed to lift your mood, boost your energy and improve your confidence.

Users can access the plays anytime, anywhere, via our eLearning portal. Each play takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete, and only one play can be completed each day.

Participants will receive a certificate at the end of program completion.
