  • Over 10 days you will complete a daily positive psychology activity (the ‘play’). The Plays are introduced via a short video from rugby union player Liam Wright, who use these Plays in his own life, and are designed to lift your mood, boost your energy and improve your confidence.

  • Users can access the plays anytime, anywhere, via our eLearning portal. Each play takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete, and only one play can be completed each day.

  • Participants will receive a certificate at the end of program completion.

  • Whilst the 10-Day Kickstarter is completely online, our signature 25 Days 25 Plays program also comes as an interactive workbook - perfect for communities, groups and workplaces.
