We understand the importance of fostering a workplace where employees feel secure, supported, and empowered to perform their best.

  • Psychosocial hazards training helps workplaces identify and manage factors at work that may cause psychological harm if left unaddressed.

These hazards can include high job demands, poor support, role conflict, workplace conflict, bullying, or prolonged exposure to stress. When unmanaged, they increase the risk of psychological injury, absenteeism, and disruption across teams.

Effective psychosocial safety training builds practical capability, not just awareness, so employees and leaders can recognise early signs and reduce risk before issues escalate.

  • The Be Buoyant program is a dynamic digital training experience crafted by learning and development experts. Designed with the same fun, engaging approach that defines every Better Learning program, it makes building resilience and well-being both enjoyable and impactful.

Be Buoyant includes a dedicated manager-only module, building leadership capability to identify, manage, and reduce psychosocial risk in real workplace situations.

  • The digital program is run through through our custom eLearning platform and consists of seven modules that are self-paced (2.5 hours in total). Businesses can run this as a self-paced program or structure it to suit their organisational requirements.

This low-lift, flexible delivery model allows organisations to scale psychosocial training across individuals, teams, or entire workplaces.

We offer an optional in-person workshop to introduce the core principles, build early engagement, and onboard employees onto the digital platform ahead of the program launch.

  • Be Buoyant is available on our custom built eLearning platform, with manager resources to ensure seamless, efficient implementation.

The training is fun, engaging and loved by participants of all backgrounds, and features Australian sports stars to inspire real change.

The self-paced structure fits easily around employees’ busy work schedules, and enhances organisational culture and overall wellbeing.

The program content directly relates to the WHS Psychosocial Hazard legislation, read more about the modules below.

  • Under the WHS Code of Practice, employers are required to identify and manage psychosocial hazards in the workplace, just as they would physical risks.

Training is a key control measure that supports this responsibility by ensuring people understand psychosocial risks and how to respond appropriately.
