Program details

Over 25 days you will complete a daily positive psychology activity (the ‘play’).
The Plays are introduced via a short video from successful Australian athletes, who use these Plays in their own lives, and are designed to lift your mood, boost your energy and improve your confidence.

Users can access the plays anytime, anywhere, via our eLearning portal.
All you need to do is set aside 10-15 minutes each day to complete the play and activity.
