Program details

  • Over 25 days you will complete a daily positive psychology activity (the ‘play’).

    The Plays are introduced via a short video from successful Australian athletes, who use these Plays in their own lives, and are designed to lift your mood, boost your energy and improve your confidence.

  • Users can access the plays anytime, anywhere, via our eLearning portal.

    All you need to do is set aside 10-15 minutes each day to complete the play and activity.

  • The 25 Days 25 Plays athlete line-up includes:
